On September 23, Chengzhou Zhu, Professor of Central China Normal University, was invited to give a lecture entitled "The application of nano to monatomic electrocatalysts in the field of energy" in our college. Teachers, postgraduates and undergraduates in related fields listened to the report. The lecture was chaired by professor He Li.
Professor Zhu mainly analyzed the opportunities and challenges based on the new electrochemical energy, and shared the ideas of how to reasonably design the electrochemical catalyst to meet the new goals and requirements of the development of electrochemical energy. On this basis, the innovation work of their research group in the field of single atom electrocatalyst was introduced, and the difficulties in the development of single atom catalyst and the ideas for future development were presented. Subsequently, Professor Zhu had a warm discussion with teachers and students.
Professor Zhu's report was substantial in content and with clear explanations, so that teachers and students could understand the development frontier of relevant fields in time. The report expanded their professional vision, enriched their academic knowledge, and played a positive role in improving their academic ability.
Finally, Liqin Deng, Secretary of the Party committee of the college, awarded Professor Chengzhou Zhu a visiting professor certificate.
